HOW IT WORKS

what's involved

The Fit Challenge is a 6 week programme designed to help you lose weight, drop body fat and significantly improve your health.

The challenge involves three elements; nutrition, exercise and accountability.

Each element of the challenge has been developed and refined by our team of registered nutritionists and exercise professionals since 2016.

All to ensure you get the very best results possible within a 6 week period.

The Launch

Day 1 begins with a launch meeting with your Accountability Coach. Your Coach will set you up with everything you need to achieve maximum success over 6 weeks.

Begin

With your nutrition plan, exercise schedule and lifestyle plan set up and your Accountability Coach supporting you every step of the way all that's left to do is go and get those results!

Before the challenge, we lacked energy, sleep and some clothes were feeling a bit on the tight side. The Fit Challenge provided structure, alongside fantastic fitness coaches, an accountability coach and a nutritionist. To anyone thinking of doing the challenge - DO IT!
